I specialize in helping you get clear on who you are, why you’re here and how you function, so that you can align your life around your truth to reach your fullest potential.

 

Creating any lasting change starts within and when you get clear on who you are, you're able to build a roadmap for your life that serves your highest potential.

My work reconnects you to your true self, helping you hone your uniqueness and align with your innate purpose. By working with yourself instead of fighting yourself, you can cultivate harmony and fulfillment across all aspects of your life and maximize your ability to serve others.

Currently, I offer a variety of corporate events and work with a select group of professionals though my 1:1 Self-Mastery Immersion. Additionally, I lead the Life, Invested platform at Dimensional Fund Advisors and am in the process of building an educational platform to scale my signature methodology. Stay tuned!

My Story

I was born in Denver, CO and grew up in a small town, Davidson, in NC. I was introduced to yoga in high school by my mom and to this day say it's one of the greatest gifts I've ever been given. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2015 with a double major in finance and economics and throughout school leaned on my yoga practice when things got tough.

After school, I moved up to Boston to work in finance. Six months into working in the corporate world, I knew there was more to life. I signed up for my first 200 hr yoga teacher training with the intention of teaching yoga to young girls as I knew how transformative it had been for me.

Towards the end of 2016, I met my partner, Michael, and moved out to Los Angeles taking a job at a real estate private equity firm. The job was rough and during this time I lost much of my connection to myself. After a year, I got up the courage to quit and went on a solo trip to Costa Rica for two weeks to be in silence and reconnect to myself and my practice.

I came back to a job in finance yet again, however, this one had a mission I believed in - changing the way the world thinks and feels about investing. Six years later, I'm still with them empowering financial advisors with tools and resources to improve the lives of their clients.

My purpose is to empower others to connect with the core of who they are. I desire to give others the greatest gift I've ever received which is the space to rebuild a connection with yourself and own your truth.

I used to feel split between two worlds, corporate and spiritual, believing they were at odds with one another. I've come to appreciate that rather than being at odds they quite desperately need each other. I see myself as merging the two through enabling others to rediscover their truth, creating space for self-connection, intentionality and consciousness in our lives, and reshaping our mindset around money as investing in both feeds and fuels one another.

Modalities

All of these tools have fundamentally transformed my life, and I incorporate them into a variety of my experiences. I believe we learn best through direct experience and have found these to be the most effective tools to drop us out of our minds and into our hearts. To create the life we desire, we first have to understand who we are and all of these modalities have been used for thousands of years to do just that.

AYURVEDA

Ayurveda is the science of life. It's a holistic healing system that brings us back to our true nature. I use Ayurveda to help you deepen your understanding of yourself, your imbalances and your connection to the world around you.

BREATHWORK

Your breath is the basis of your energy. It's one of your most powerful tools to create connection between your physical body and deeper states of being. I utilize a variety of pranayama techniques to shift and expand your energy.

JOURNALING

Writing is a powerful tool that allows you to organize your thoughts and feeling. I offer a variety of journaling prompts to uncover what's at the root of your various thoughts/feelings.

SOUND

Sound, in a variety of formats, has been used for thousands of years to facilitate deeper self-connection. I use the vibrational nature of sound to help you access your unique vibration, clear distractions and explore your true nature.

MEDITATION

Meditation is the practice of pausing to clearly hear yourself. I lead you through guided meditations and help you build a practice that works for you.

YOGA

Yoga means to yoke, to merge ~ to be in union with oneself. I utilize the full scope of yoga philosophy (not only asana) to inform frameworks that peel back the layers of yourself and cultivate insights as to who you really are.

MANTRA

Mantras are sounds, words or phrases that are repeated with an intention behind them. Words have a vibrational frequency that resonate throughout all layers of our being. I use mantras to reinforce and focus attention towards a stated intention.

ART

We are all born as highly creative beings yet we often lose touch with our creative nature as we grow up. I use art to help you reconnect to your playful and creative side and also unlock things that may be challenging to verbalize.
